Return, Refund, and Title
- Chetan Dhorajiwala Foods does not claim ownership of returned items. The decision to accept or process refunds or cancellations is entirely at the discretion of the company.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 working days. To initiate a refund, customers must provide proper documentation, including evidence of purchase and tracking details.
- In the event of delays or cancellations caused by natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances, only the value of the product will be refunded. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Once an order is processed for dispatch, cancellations are strictly not allowed.

- A record of fraudulent transactions or customers will be maintained. Access to the website or future orders may be denied to individuals found engaging in fraudulent activities.
